Students enrolled in any programme may enroll in a minor programme in addition to their undergraduate programme. A minor programme does not constitute a separate undergraduate programme.
A minor programme is opened upon the request of the relevant unit, the recommendation of the faculty/school board and the decision of the Senate. The issues related to the minor programme are carried out by a directive to be issued by the Senate and in cooperation with the relevant units. In order to enroll in the minor programme, the student's general academic average must be at least 2.75. Students enrolled in the minor programme must have completed 18 local credits / 30 ECTS credits in the total of compulsory and elective courses.
All of the undergraduate courses of our department are open to the Minor Programme for students from other units.
The Coordinator of our department's Minor Programme is Dr. Lecturer. Göknur Karahan is the Coordinator of the Minor Programme. Detailed information can be obtained from her.
